Family Resource Specialist

Metropolitan Ministries, Inc. seeks a Family Resource Specialist to support homeless and at-risk families in the Tampa Bay area. In this role, you will conduct intake and assessments, develop individualized service plans, and connect families with shelter, housing, food, education, and job training resources. You will provide ongoing case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy while maintaining accurate documentation. Working closely with a compassionate, faith-based team, volunteers, and community partners, you will help families move toward long-term stability, dignity, and self-sufficiency.
