Emergency Shelter Case Manager

Metropolitan Ministries, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit in Tampa, seeks an Emergency Shelter Case Manager to support homeless and at-risk individuals and families. In this on-site role, you'll complete intake assessments, develop individualized service and housing plans, and provide ongoing case management, crisis intervention, and resource referrals. You will collaborate closely with a compassionate, mission-driven team, community partners, and volunteers to connect clients with shelter, food, education, job training, and health services, promoting long-term stability, dignity, and self-sufficiency for those in crisis.
