Employment Case Manager

Metropolitan Ministries, Inc. seeks an Employment Case Manager to support homeless and at-risk individuals and families in Tampa Bay. In this role, you will provide comprehensive case management, completing assessments and individualized service plans that prioritize housing stability, employment, and long-term self-sufficiency. You will connect clients with shelter, food, education, job training, and community resources, while maintaining detailed documentation and tracking outcomes.

Working in a collaborative, faith-informed, mission-driven environment, you will partner with staff, volunteers, and community agencies to empower clients toward lasting change.
