One More Child seeks a Family Support Worker to assist at‑risk families within the Tampa community. You will manage a caseload, engage families in case management, and link them to resources through the Compassion Center and partner programs. Evidence-based approaches such as TBRI and Family Check Up will guide your work.
You will collaborate with caregivers to develop service plans, perform timely documentation, and participate in ongoing training and supervision to strengthen family well‑being.
