Coach Counselor (Youth Care Worker)

Pay: $19.00 per hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.

What you will do:

A Coach Counselor (Youth Care Worker) provides around-the-clock in-person safety and security. In this role, you will provide for the physical, personal, and health needs of each youth through individual mentoring and skill development. A Coach Counselor provides an atmosphere that supports the youth's needs; monitors and documents behaviors and activities; and participates in and assists with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.

Youth Care Worker will collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.

To be considered, you should:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.

Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour shifts, 2/3/3/2.
