All programs are trauma‑informed and evidence‑based, supporting children aged 0‑18 and their families, both virtually and in person.

• Provide dependency case management services to families with verified abuse history and an open dependency case in the Florida Case Management Organization.
• Manage crisis situations, link youth and caregivers to service providers, write court reports, testify in court, and conduct face‑to‑face engagement with high‑need teenagers and families in the community.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include on‑call coverage for after‑hours, nights, and weekends.

• Starting pay ranges:
  Tier 1 – $23.56/hour, Tier 2 – $24.76/hour, Tier 3 – $25.72/hour.
• 3 weeks paid time off (PTO) in the first year plus 10 paid holidays.

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards applicable to the department.
