We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and integration with legacy mainframe systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, messaging systems, and database technologies, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions for business-critical applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and manage RESTful and Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Develop and deploy Microservices in distributed environments.

• Write and optimize MySQL queries and stored procedures.
• Work with Cassandra and implement persistence using Hibernate OGM.

• Integrate and manage messaging systems such as Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ, and JMS.
• Implement robust retry mechanisms and ensure message reliability.

• Collaborate with frontend engineers using React to integrate Graph
  
  QL APIs.

• Solve complex problems involving algorithms, string validations, and structured data formats (XML/JSON).
• Optimize performance and ensure error-free processing.

• Design and implement integration layers for legacy mainframe systems.
• Ensure smooth data exchange and functional compatibility between modern and legacy environments.

• 10+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of MySQL, stored procedures, Cassandra, and Hibernate OGM.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ, JMS, and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with React and Graph
  
  QL integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on XML/JSON data formats and validation logic.
• Experience integrating modern applications with mainframe systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile environments.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Git Lab CI.
• Exposure to containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
