Apps Dev Technical Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Apps Dev Technical Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

• Analyze complex problems at the design phase and evaluate the technical feasibility of the application.
• Use Spring Boot and Spring MVC to evaluate the technical feasibility of requirements and develop software solutions.
• Participate in project planning to determine the roadmap of development activities.
• Leverage Open Shift and Pivotal Cloud Foundry to build, deploy and scale applications.
• Provide product inventory management and risk assessment.
• Prepare design documentation for identified problems and devise feasible solutions.
• Perform mockup reviews and proofs of concept to make evaluative judgments.
• Utilize Bitbucket, Git Hub, Jenkins and Light Speed to manage source code and perform application deployment through CI/CD.
• Integrate service APIs with UI layer, and follow best practices and coding standards to design, develop, test and deliver the product.
• Use App Dynamics and Dynatrace to monitor application performance and user behavior.
• Review the test suite of automation scripts to ensure application quality and stability.
• Use Snyk to upgrade component versions regularly to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Perform service code deployment through CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality using Sonar Qube.
• Upgrade component versions regularly to remediate vulnerabilities reported in Black Duck scans.

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in roles involving software development.
• 8 years of experience must include:
  Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Open Shift;
  Sonar Qube, App Dynamics;
  Black Duck, Snyk;
  Inventory Management solutions development;
  Risk assessment;
  Bitbucket, Git Hub;
  Jenkins, Light Speed.
