GoLang Tech Lead

Akkodis is seeking an GoLang Tech Lead for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. Candidates must have deep expertise in Go programming to architect scalable microservices and lead technical decision-making.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $ 47 /hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

GoLang Tech Lead job responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services and microservices using Go (Golang).
• Architect high-performance, secure, and maintainable systems aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in coding standards and software design.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, Dev Ops, and frontend teams to define requirements, integrations, and delivery timelines.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks while ensuring reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance in cloud-native environments.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting emerging GoLang tools, technologies, and architectural patterns.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of backend engineering experience with significant hands on GoLang development.
• Proven expertise in architecting and developing scalable microservices using Go, with strong proficiency in Postgre
  
  SQL, REST/gRPC APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud native environments and Dev Ops tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
