We are seeking a Software Engineer with mandatory Firco Soft experience to work on Sanctions Screening systems within a Corporate & Investment Banking environment. Candidates must have hands‑on, production‑level experience with Firco Soft.

• Design, develop, configure, and support Firco Soft sanctions screening solutions
• Hands‑on work with:
• Continuity V6
• Screening Preparation
• Build and support integrations using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and PL/SQL
• Implement microservices and messaging‑based solutions
• Perform production support, performance tuning, and stability improvements
• Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to meet regulatory requirements

• Firco Soft experience is mandatory
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• Continuity V6
• Screening Preparation
• Java, J2EE, Spring Boot
• IBM MQ or Kafka
• Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• Experience in sanctions screening and high‑volume transaction processing
• Production support and full SDLC experience

• Kubernetes or AWS exposure
• CI/CD (Jenkins)
• Legacy Firco Soft upgrade or modernization experience
