Job Type: Contract to hire, Onsite

Pay Range: $60/hr -$65/hr

• Design and build scalable, resilient, and secure systems using Java to support continuous improvement across product teams.
• Develop end-to-end software solutions, including coding, debugging, and technical troubleshooting.
• Produce high-quality, production-ready code and maintain complex algorithms that operate in coordination with various systems.
• Create and contribute to architectural and design documentation, ensuring development aligns with design constraints.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize large and diverse datasets to identify trends, optimize system architecture, and improve coding practices.
• Detect hidden issues and patterns in applications and codebases, using insights to enhance performance, stability, and reliability.
• Participate in software engineering communities of practice, driving innovation and exploring emerging technologies.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative team culture grounded in respect and continuous learning.

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of hands‑on experience.
• Advanced programming expertise in Java with strong knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, JMS, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Proficiency in Object‑Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), including design principles and design patterns.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills with experience troubleshooting complex applications.
• Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Prior experience building, maintaining, and debugging software in a large corporate environment.
• Broad knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with tools such as Sonar, SSAP, JIRA, GIT, Maven, etc.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.
• Knowledge of modern technologies across domains such as cloud, AI/ML, mobile, or other emerging areas.

• Familiarity with modern front‑end technologies.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of SQL/Oracle databases.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts.

• Acts as a mentor or coach for at least one technical skill area.
• Demonstrates strong leadership in Agile environments, often guiding teams in adopting Agile best practices.
• Keeps up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and trends, leveraging this insight to influence technical direction across the organization.
• May represent the firm externally through speaking engagements, article writing, or participation in industry
