Salesforce Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL
. The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Life Sciences/Health Cloud, and Agent Force to build custom applications and integrate AI‑driven capabilities while ensuring compliance and performance.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and enhance solutions within Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) and Health Cloud, ensuring alignment with healthcare workflows and compliance needs.
• Integrate and extend Agent Force AI Agent capabilities to automate processes, improve user interactions, and support intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with data teams to implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for unified data, analytics, and reporting across healthcare and life sciences systems.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure scalable and secure development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications while adhering to coding standards, best practices, and healthcare security regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and complex cloud implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) and/or Health Cloud, with strong understanding of healthcare data models and compliance needs.
• Proven experience integrating and customizing Agent Force AI Agents and working with Salesforce Data Cloud to support advanced automation and data‑driven capabilities.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
