The senior Engineer plays a significant role in crafting and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery within the construct of an Agile team. The role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of our core organizational functions.

** Responsibilities:**
* ** Hands-on Strategic Development**:
Architect, design, and personally implement highly complex and critical architectural components, foundational services, and advanced AI agentic proofs-of-concept. Your code will set the standard for quality, performance, and maintainability across the portfolio, directly influencing the technical trajectory of key products. Continuously improve software development processes through automation and AI solutions.
* Able to direct teams on how to develop and deliver systems that are efficient with resource usage such as hardware, runtime, performance, load, and memory requirements.

Experience:

** Minimum of 10 years in software development with strong expertise in Java, Python, Spring Boot, React, Oracle, and Postgres/Oracle.
* ** Modern Application Development:**  + In-depth knowledge of modern application architecture, Data Structures, and Object-Oriented Principles (Java, Python).  + Proven experience in architecting and building scalable, highly available, resilient, and low-latency applications.  + Practical experience with AI tools and AI agentic frameworks for development workflows.  + Proficiency in Microservices (Spring Boot, Python frameworks like Flask/Django), Event-Driven Services, and Cloud-Native Development, including REST and Graph

Experience with Container Orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift).  + Strong CI/CD pipeline proficiency (Maven, Gradle, Poetry, Docker, Jenkins).  + AWS experience is a significant plus.
* ** Full Stack Proficiency:
** Ability to design, develop, and maintain both front-end (React) and back-end (Java, Python) components.
* ** API Development:
** Capable of designing and implementing high-performance RESTful APIs.
* ** Agile & Version Control:
** Experience with Agile methodologies (JIRA) and code versioning tools (Git Hub Enterprise, Bitbucket).

** Ability to develop comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
