Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Software Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise web applications and APIs for a federal government IT program. You will work within a Dev Sec Ops /Agile framework to develop secure, accessible, and high-quality software solutions, participate in code reviews and testing, and support the sustained availability of mission-critical government applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and APIs for a federal government client
• Work within Dev Sec Ops /Agile framework across the full SDLC
• Build and maintain front-end and back-end components following Section 508 and U.S. Web Design Standards
• Perform code reviews, code scans, and vulnerability remediation using Fortify and Sonatype
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and code documentation
• Support integration with web content management systems and public-facing web portals
• Develop and manage application-level POA&Ms for identified vulnerabilities
• Participate in requirements analysis and UI/UX wireframe design

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of full-stack or application development experience
• Proficiency in Java, HTML5, PHP, or equivalent languages
• Experience with RESTful APIs and service integration patterns
• Working knowledge of Agile/Dev Sec Ops  methodologies
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and static analysis tools
• Understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements

• Oracle APEX experience
• Experience with SAST/DAST tools (Fortify, Sonatype, Burp Suite)
• Cloud-hosted development environment experience
• Federal government or DoD application development background

• Security+ or DoD 8570 baseline a plus
