Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing scalable and reliable machine learning systems for training, inference, monitoring, and iteration.
- Strong background in ML/DL/LLM algorithms, model architectures, and training techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, PySpark, Tensor Flow or other analytical/model‑building programming languages.
- Proficiency with tools and LLMs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in GenAI/LLMs projects.
- Familiarity with distributed data/computing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Spark, MySQL).
- Background in financial business‑like banking, risk management.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience in STEM.
Additional Skills- Working experience with Gemini LLM.
- Hands‑on knowledge in machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Keras.
- Hands‑on knowledge on NLP.
- Understanding of model deployment and containerization (Docker).
- Understanding of version control systems (Git).
- Awareness of AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year.
