Schedule:
first 60 days onsite M-F and then it transitions to hybrid 3X/week onsite.
We’re hiring Software Developer to join an experienced team building logistics & transportation industry applications that support operations across the US. This hands‑on role focuses on developing and supporting .NET and SQL Server systems, solving complex production issues, and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll take ownership of key features and systems, contribute to sprint planning, and help drive projects forward.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain custom .NET, C# and SQL Server applications
- Support backend systems and contribute to front‑end development as needed
- Maintain business‑critical integrations and internal platforms
- Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
- Collaborate with analysts and business users to refine requirements and improve user experience
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Use AI‑assisted development tools

Requirements- 5 or more years of experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
- Experience supporting production systems and working in Agile environments
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Git, JavaScript, SSRS, and CI/CD tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
