In this vital role you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy and mentoring a team of talented engineers.

• Possesses strong rapid prototyping skills and can quickly translate concepts into working code
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment. Manage software delivery scope, risk, and timeline.
• Contribute to both front‑end and back‑end development using cloud technology.
• Develop innovative solutions using generative AI technologies.
• Define and implement robust software architectures on the cloud; AWS preferred.
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers to deliver high‑quality results.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements.
• Work closely with product team, business team, and other stakeholders.

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience
• Master’s degree and 4 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience

• Hands‑on experience with various cloud services and understanding of a well‑architected cloud design framework.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑stack software development; proficient in Python (preferred), JavaScript, SQL/No
  
  SQL.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor software development teams.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills; ability to learn quickly; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and public‑speaking skills.

• Experience with API integration, serverless functions, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL/No
  
  SQL databases and vector databases for large language models.
• Experience with popular large language models.
• Experience with Lang Chain or llama
  
  Index framework for language models.
• Experience with prompt engineering and model fine‑tuning.
• Experience with web site development and understanding of localization processes.
• Experience with Dev Ops/MLOps CI/CD build and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with design patterns, data structures, and test‑driven development.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques for text analysis and sentiment analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred; other engineering fields considered. Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, also acceptable.
• Cloud‑computing certificate preferred.
