Job Description
We are looking for experienced full‑stack software engineers who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. This role will be responsible for writing code, pairing with other developers when appropriate, decomposing acceptance criteria to understand backlog deliverables, complexities, and risk, and working as a strong contributor on an agile team. The engineer will manage full‑stack coding and implementation responsibilities, adhering to best practices in modern cloud‑based software development, agile methodology, code quality, and tool usage.
The engineer will also influence software architecture and contribute to the organization’s technical user base.
- Full‑stack coding and implementation responsibilities across front‑end and back‑end components of robust web applications.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript frameworks such as React, Spring Boot, and Oracle.
- In‑depth knowledge of modern application architecture principles and data‑structure and object‑oriented principles using Java.
- Practical experience with AI tools for enhancing development workflows.
- Proficiency in microservices frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot), event‑driven services, and cloud‑native application development.
- Multiple years of experience on service‑oriented and microservices architectures, including REST and GraphQL implementations.
- Front‑end development expertise using contemporary JavaScript frameworks (React), HTML5, and CSS.
- Back‑end development experience using Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, and relational database management systems (Oracle).
- Ability to design, develop, and implement high‑performance RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Maven, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, Open Shift); experience with AWS is a significant advantage.
- Practical experience working within Agile development methodologies and utilizing project management tools such as JIRA.
- Capability to develop and automate comprehensive unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
- Solid understanding of code versioning tools, including Git Hub Enterprise.
- Full‑stack Java Enterprise experience: 3‑5 years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000. Final compensation will depend on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
