Systems Analyst AWS & Cloud Engineering Location
Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite)
Duration12-Month Contract
Possible Contract-to-Hire
Pay $65 Hr W2 conversion rate is $100 to $110k 10% yearly bonus 401k and excellent benefits.
OverviewSeeking a senior‑level Systems Analyst / Lead Systems Analyst with strong AWS engineering and cloud application development experience to support enterprise application modernization initiatives.
This role will focus on AWS‑based application development, cloud integrations, CI/CD automation, and modern SDLC practices within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on engineering experience along with technical leadership capabilities supporting complex enterprise systems and development teams.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to define technical solutions
- Produce technical documentation, estimates, and solution designs
- Provide production support for mission‑critical enterprise applications
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams
- Drive SDLC best practices, process improvements, and engineering standards
- Participate in architecture discussions and emerging technology evaluations
- 10+ years of systems analysis, application development, and software engineering experience
- Strong hands‑on AWS development experience
- Experience with:
- AWS Connect
- AWS CDK
- Python
- React
- Azure Dev Ops
- Git/Git Hub
- CI/CD pipelines
- Experience leading enterprise application development projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and application architecture
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and APIs
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to lead projects and mentor technical teams
- Experience with Agentic AI solutions or AI‑enabled applications
- Cloud architecture and Dev Ops experience
- Enterprise utility, energy, or regulated industry experience
- AWS certifications or related cloud certifications
- Senior cloud‑focused systems analyst with strong AWS engineering background
- Hands‑on technical leader comfortable owning complex enterprise initiatives
- Experienced mentoring developers and driving engineering best practices
- Strong combination of cloud architecture, application development, and Dev Ops expertise
