• Possesses strong rapid prototyping skills and can quickly translate concepts into working code
• Provides technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
• Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment; manages software delivery scope, risk, and timeline
• Contributes to both front‑end and back‑end development using cloud technology
• Develops innovative solutions using generative AI technologies
• Defines and implements robust software architectures on the cloud (AWS preferred)
• Leads and motivates a team of engineers to deliver high‑quality results
• Conducts code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Creates and maintains documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations
• Identifies and resolves technical challenges effectively
• Stays updated with the latest trends and advancements
• Works closely with product team, business team, and other stakeholders

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience
• Master’s degree and 4 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience
• High school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience
• Hands‑on experience with various cloud services and knowledge of well‑architected cloud design principles
• Hands‑on experience with full‑stack software development; proficiency in Python (preferred), JavaScript, SQL/No

• Proven ability to lead and mentor software development teams
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical skills; ability to learn quickly; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and public‑speaking skills

• Experience with API integration, serverless, microservices architecture

  SQL databases and vector databases for large language models
• Experience with popular large language models
• Experience with Langchain or Llama Index framework for language models
• Experience with prompt engineering and model fine‑tuning
• Experience with website development and understanding of localization processes
• Experience with Dev Ops/MLOps CI/CD build and deployment pipeline
• Experience with design patterns, data structures, test‑driven development
• Knowledge of NLP techniques for text analysis and sentiment analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering preferred (other engineering fields considered)
• Master’s degree and 6+ years of software development experience, or Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of software development experience
• Cloud computing certificate preferred
