Automation Test Lead Engineer

Summary

• We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Java, Selenium, and TestNG.

• Build robust, scalable, and high-quality automation solutions for functional and regression testing.
• Develop automation code and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Customize and manage test automation frameworks.
• Document and report test results.
• Work independently in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
• Follow automation best practices and design patterns (Page Object Model).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA testing experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on automation experience.
• Proficiency with Java, Selenium, TestNG.
• Strong experience with XPath axes and CSS selectors.
• Familiarity with automation standards and best practices.
• Deep understanding of automation design patterns (Page Object Model).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Experience using Bitbucket for code merge/push processes.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Experience in Agile environments, with understanding of QA's role in Scrum.

• Experience testing APIs using Postman or Rest Assured.
• Exposure to multithreaded test execution.
• Ability to write QA documentation (test plans, strategies, reports).
