Developer
We are looking for an experienced Developer with 10+ years of expertise in ASP.NET, Reactor Angular (preferred), SQL, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in leading development teams, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring code quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team developers, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Design and architect scalable and robust software solutions using framework.
- Develop and code software applications using C#, ASP.NET, and technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as quality assurance, to ensure software quality and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the technologies, trends, and best practices, recommending their adoption where applicable.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering their professional growth.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in ASP.NET, Reactor Angular (preferred), SQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience in leading and development teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
- Strong expertise in collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.
- Proven ability to design and architect scalable and robust software solutions using framework.
- Hands-on experience in developing and coding software applications using C#, ASP.NET, and technologies.
- Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in mentoring junior developers and fostering team growth.
