Job Summary
As an AIT AI Developer Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, focusing on developing software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, navigate complex situations, and grow technical skills.
You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, develop a deeper understanding of the evolving business context, and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards. - Develop innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance.
- Design, code, and test applications to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Utilize Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to improve software quality.
- Manage application lifecycle and plan software projects to meet client needs.
- Implement API management and microservices for seamless enterprise application integration.
- Conduct code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and software reliability.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex software engineering challenges.
- Leverage programming languages such as Kotlin, Rust, and SwiftUI for application development.
- Engage in business process improvement and requirements management to optimize software solutions.
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies.
- Developing applications using Kotlin and SwiftUI.
- Managing API integrations and microservices architecture.
- Excellent software project planning and management skills.
- Implementing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting software issues.
- Leveraging analytical thinking for business process improvement.
Up to 20% travel.
SalaryThe salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
