Son Soft is an IT Staffing and consulting firm and duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. We are growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Full‑time, permanent position.

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience working on Java/J2ee Technologies with experience in Spring, Hibernate and JBPM.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Spring (Spring-core, Spring-MVC, Spring-AOP), Hibernate technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 4 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience in the Financial Services, Investment domain.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies
