As a Senior Software QA Engineer for TQL, you will be the quality subject-matter-expert on a dedicated team and own all aspects of test planning and execution. You will participate in scrum ceremonies, including product design reviews and backlog requirements, while providing input on testability of requirements and acceptance criteria. Our Quality Assurance Engineers are also responsible for driving adoption of QA best practices and leading Shift Left approach for quality deliverables within their aligned team.

Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts. Solid experience in UI and API testing using Playwright, Rest Sharp, and Swagger with AI assistance to build/execute test suites.
Coordinate with extended testing teams to support end-to-end testing
Work closely with Product team (PO/PM) to understand requirements, become expert with application domain knowledge
Perform research on existing applications and test suites
Provide feedback and coaching on deliverables to junior QA Engineers Responsible for implementation and maintenance of automated test frameworks and scenarios
Work with other QA Engineers and Developers to ensure that all aspects of the applications have proper testing coverage and overall system reliability, performance, and quality
Deliver effective and efficient automated testing solutions by meeting key product milestones and overall deliverables on-time while adhering to development and quality standards
Oversee regression testing with every release and be available for production deployments during off hours
Develop, promote and manage best practices with respect to test data required for automated test scenarios
Perform testing using a variety of methodologies, including manual, exploratory, and automated
Detect, track and document software defects and inconsistencies
Review, analyze, and supplement requirement specifications, and ensure maximum test coverage
What you need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of relevant work experience3-5 years’ supporting testing and quality assurance
Experience writing SQL, Java, or C# to develop automation frameworks to perform UI, API and backend database testing. Playwright using Typescript for UI automation, Rest Sharp using C# for API automation
Expertise in creating complex SQL queries to verify results of testing
Demonstrated experience working on a scrum team and examples of continuous quality improvement
