AI​/ML Engineer

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.

SALARY: $113,000 - $142,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in software development and experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch)
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate)
• Solid understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and AI algorithms
• Experience with AI model deployment and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of process automation, workflow design, and business process optimization

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI
• Knowledge of AI model monitoring, governance, and responsible AI practices
• Experience with intelligent document processing (IDP) and OCR technologies
• Familiarity with process mining tools and automation analytics
• Experience building real‑time AI systems and APIs
• Previous experience in a CoE or platform role
• RPA Developer or AI/ML certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, AWS, Azure)
