Framework Developer Senior

Job Summary

CLA, a top professional services firm, is hiring a Senior Framework Developer to join its Information Technology team, providing growth, flexibility, and a collaborative environment.

• Design and develop core application frameworks to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to define technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Implement and advocate best practices in coding standards, architectural patterns, and development methodologies.
• Support and mentor teammates, sharing knowledge and providing technical guidance.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security of application frameworks.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and system capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• 4 years of relevant experience required; 6 years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.

• Version control with Git and command‑line interface.
• Scripting languages such as Bash, Power Shell, and YAML markup.
• Programming languages including Python, JavaScript/Type Script, and C#.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GC.
• CI/CD tools:
  Azure Pipelines, Git Hub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Containerization technologies:
  Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configuration management tools:
  Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Issue tracking systems:
  Azure Boards, Jira, or Git Lab Issues.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, containerization, and continuous integration/deployment.
