Symple Lending is seeking a Software Engineer - Conversational AI to power our AI-driven customer engagement platform. You will design, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure and REST APIs that support real-time contact center operations, including call routing and outbound campaigns.
You will work with Type Script, AWS services, and conversational AI tools such as Eleven Labs and Zoom Virtual Agent, writing tests with TDD and shaping scalable APIs that meet business needs.
