Senior QA Automation Analyst

CSI Companies is seeking a Senior QA Automation Analyst professional to support backend testing across complex systems. This role focuses on API and web service testing, database validation, and stored procedure testing. The ideal candidate will contribute to code reviews, follow coding standards, and help ensure strong test coverage for core business flows. This position plays a key role in planning and executing end‑to‑end system testing.

Hours:
Monday–Friday standard business hours | 40 hours/week

Location:
Hybrid in Tampa, FL or Hermitage, TN

Pay: $55-$65/hour

Position Type:
Contract – No C2C

Work Authorization:

Visas are acceptable (any EAD). Candidates must be eligible to work on W2 and must not require sponsorship for at least 6–12 months

• Perform backend testing involving databases and stored procedures.
• Test APIs and web services from the backend.
• Apply coding standards and actively participate in code reviews.
• Identify system impacts and maintain test coverage for core business flows.
• Plan and define an end-to-end system testing approach.
• Analyze architecture and design to align technology with business and functional requirements.

• Senior-level QA experience with a strong focus on automation.
• Hands‑on experience testing databases and stored procedures.
• Experience testing APIs and backend web services.
• Ability to follow coding standards and contribute to code reviews.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end testing strategies.
• Good knowledge of programming concepts.

• Experience maintaining test coverage for complex business‑critical workflows.

Candidates with senior‑level QA experience who are comfortable working across backend systems, APIs, databases, and automation frameworks, and who can connect technical design to business requirements.
