Back End Developer

Required Qualifications:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Core Java and multithreading.
• Work within an enterprise-scale environment; exposure to financial or OTC trading platforms is a plus.
• Collaborate with product owners, Dev Ops/infra teams, and cross-functional engineering groups.
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to infrastructure resiliency efforts; experience with Dev Ops concepts is beneficial.
• Support testing, validation, and quality checks before releases move to production.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support team deliverables.
• Work with message-driven systems such as Kafka, ensuring performance and efficient multithreading.
