Sonder Mind is seeking a Staff Engineer to own end-to-end backend features across services, AI pipelines, and front ends. You’ll design scalable Ruby/Rails, Type Script/Node, and Python systems, optimize queries, and mentor engineers while shaping microservices architecture.
We value 8+ years building web services, strong API and PostgreSQL skills, and experience with AI/ML tool chains. Familiarity with Langchain or Lang Graph is a plus; remote-friendly, high-impact environment.
