• Serve as a Senior Developer building the future of Stronghold, a SaaS offering
• Discover user requirements and build user stories
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate fixes with internal engineering team

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• U.S. Citizenship Requirement:
  Due to contractual requirements and the nature of our work supporting U.S. Government customers, this position requires U.S. citizenship.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 7+ years progressive relevant experience in professional software development
• Experience developing against relational databases and ORMs
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort operating independently across multiple customer sites

• Experience developing applications deployed to Azure
• Experience implementing telemetry and observability in web applications (e.g., App Insights, Open Telemetry)
