AI Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead with strong expertise in Python, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI to lead the design and development of enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership experience, a deep understanding of NLP and AI architectures, and hands-on experience building scalable AI applications and intelligent agent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a cross-functional AI development team.
Define technical strategy, architecture, and implementation approaches for AI and GenAI projects.
Design and develop scalable AI applications using Python, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, RAG, and Agentic AI.
Drive the complete lifecycle of AI solutions from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Design and implement RAG pipelines including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, ranking, and context generation.
Develop agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems using Lang Graph and related frameworks.
Collaborate with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Establish best practices for code quality, testing, version control, CI/CD, security, and deployment of AI applications.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, models, and tools and identify opportunities for continuous innovation.
Guide the team in developing robust NLP, knowledge graph, and intelligent decision-making solutions.
Design integrations with enterprise data sources, APIs, vector databases, and No

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

8–10 years of software/AI development experience with strong technical leadership.
Expert-level Python development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Lang Chain and Lang Graph.
Proven experience designing and implementing RAG-based applications.
Strong understanding and practical experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.
Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Experience designing AI workflows, orchestration, and intelligent decision-making systems.
Understanding of multi-agent architectures and systems.
Strong understanding of AI application architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with CI/CD and Dev Ops practices for AI/ML applications.

Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
