Overview:
Desirable skills include 5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the Service Now platform. 4+ years of experience with Service Now development with a focus on integrations. Understanding of Service Now data model, tables and relationships. Extensive experience with Service Now integration solutions including:
Service Now APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP. Experience developing Service Now APIs, Service Now Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, Powershell. Knowledge of Service Now Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation.

Knowledge of Service Now orchestration for automating IT processes. Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation and synchronization techniques. Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with Service Now ITOM discovery and CMDB. Good knowledge and experience with Service Now CSDM framework. Ability to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations.

Familiarity with Service Now Performance Analytics. Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills.
