Experience:

8-12 years of relevant experience working on Tandem/Pathway.

• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database query languages.
• Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages.
• Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, including:
  • CI/CD
  • Application Resiliency
  • Scrum
  • JIRA
  • Bitbucket
• Knowledge of emerging software technologies and technical processes, such as Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mobile, etc.
• Knowledge of COBOL, SCOBOL, and TACL.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Tandem Pathway
  • Batchcom
  • Netbatch
  • FUP
  • KLIST
  • Enform
  • SQL Queries
• Strong banking domain knowledge, particularly:
  • Card processing
  • Payment processing
  • Payment brands such as VISA and Mastercard

• Experience with POS Simulators and payment brand simulators such as VISA, Mastercard, Discover, etc.
• Knowledge of Control-M, C++, Python, and Java.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Exposure to cloud technologies.
