Location Silver Lakes Golf & Country Club Posted  Deadline  Job Summary We are currently hiring Apprentice/Assistant Professionals to join our Golf Operations team for the 2026 season. Our Golf Operations team plays an integral role in the daily operations at Silver Lakes Golf Club. The ideal candidates will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to work alongside others to deliver a memorable Guest experience for all those on property.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, organize, and grow the Junior Golf Program, fostering a fun and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide individual and group instruction to members and guests of all skill levels
  • Assist with pro shop operations, including retail sales, merchandising, and customer service
  • Support with tournament coordination, member events, and leagues
  • Deliver exceptional service to all members and guests while representing the club in a professional manner
Qualifications
  • PGA of Canada Professional in good standing (Class “A” or Apprentice)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong passion for player development, particularly in junior golf
  • Previous experience in golf operations, instruction, and retail preferred
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively within a team
Compensation
  • $700–$850 weekly, commensurate with experience
  • Additional lesson income opportunities (80% Lesson Revenue)
