We’re hiring positive, engaging, part-time Swim Instructors in South Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Riverview, and Lutz to teach swim lessons and water safety in a supportive, upbeat environment. Whether you’re a student, parent, educator, coach, or simply someone who enjoys working with children, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

No prior swim instructor experience required — we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling.

• Teach swim lessons to children
• Lead group and one-on-one instruction
• Encourage swimmers with patience and enthusiasm
• Help children build lifelong confidence in and around the water

• Set schedule (2 evenings and 1 weekend day)
• Competitive pay: $15 - $18 per hour

• Experience working with children (babysitting, parenting, teaching, coaching, camps — all welcome)
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within the first 45 days
• At least 16 years old
