Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while prospecting new clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners.
- Monitor shipment progress to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout each shipment.
- Proven experience in Container Drayage
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) or logistics software.
- Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is highly desirable.
