Class A CDL- Regional Dry Van Solo​/Team​/Trainee

Overview

Company Driver — Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet. Multiple home time options.

Operate 53' tractor-trailer units in compliance with all applicable laws and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle. Drop and hook where applicable. Follow customer, carrier, and company policies. Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.

• 3 months verifiable 53' tractor-trailer experience in the past 6 months, or 6 months in the past year, or start as a trainee.
• Must have a valid CDL. Address must match hiring area.
• OTR 53 ft tractor trailer experience (note: not a dump/garbage/straight truck).
• Clean CDL with no incidents within the past year.
• Urine drug screen required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Solo, pre-made teams, and trainees; new graduates welcomed.
• Solo Regional Dry Van: 10–14 days OTR. 70% drop & hook — no touch freight.
• Pay: 0.45 CPM; 2500+ miles per week.
• Weekly averages: $1250–$1500 (plus 1 year CPM increase to 0.50 CPM).
• Trainees (no experience but CDL obtained in past year): onboarding is provided; new graduates attend minimum 7-day onboarding in Arkansas (travel provided) and ride with a Mentor for 10 days ($75 daily pay).
• Solo pay after onboarding: $1000–$1300+ weekly average.
• If experience < 3 months: 2 weeks OTR option (hair follicle drug screen). Training: $650 flat rate during training (4–6 weeks OTR, depending on driver and verifiable experience). Then $1300 weekly average.
• Pre-made teams (must already have a partner): dedicated; teams will run two weeks out with at least 5,000 miles per week.
• Company team pay = 0.60 CPM. 5,000+ dedicated miles per week; typical weekly earnings $1625–$1950 (some teams over $2000 per week).
• Drop and hook on both ends; no multi-stop runs.

Late model Freightliners and Internationals; automatic transmissions. Benefits available after 60 days: health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation.
