Xerox Corporation is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years and is currently seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Support to support the Greater Tampa Bay and Orlando areas. As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Support you will be responsible for loading, securing, delivering and basic set‑up of equipment, while providing excellent customer service.

You must also follow up with paperwork for every delivery. The truck drivers work together with the shop and warehouse. This is a full‑time Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM with overtime opportunity delivering equipment.

• Operate an automatic box truck in a safe and timely manner, including daily inspection of the vehicle
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Load, deliver, install and collect equipment at various customer locations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Be flexible with overnight stays to meet client and company needs
• Work in team environment with other truck drivers and warehouse personnel
• Perform all paperwork for deliveries and removals
• Unload trucks the same day and load for the next day
• Connect printer peripherals so that the multi‑function devices and printer deliveries can pass paper
• Provide basic customer training on copiers, printers and other office technology equipment
• Perform general technical duties such as connecting equipment to network cables and fax lines
• Assist in other areas of the warehouse when needed

• Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record
• One (1) or more years of experience driving a 16’–26’ box delivery truck (preferred but not required – we provide the training)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs., push, pull, or roll copiers on flat ground and inclines
• Basic mechanical understanding preferred
• Ability to use smartphones and tablets, GPS for navigation, Google Maps when necessary
• Experience using Microsoft applications and the Internet
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills

• Hands‑on training of Xerox equipment and all aspects of the delivery driver role and responsibilities
• Job shadowing to thoroughly prepare you to make deliveries and perform installations independently
• Ongoing career development training

* May be required to complete an annual DOT physical and drug screen if operating a vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs.
