We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of our warehouse, ensuring that safety, inventory accuracy, and logistics flow seamlessly. Key Responsibilities- Logistics Coordination:
Manage carrier check‑ins, dock assignments, and yard trailer moves. Maintain accurate yard checks and status reports for all loaded drop trailers. - Safety & Compliance:
Strictly adhere to GMPs and safety policies, including required PPE such as hairnets, safety glasses, and steel‑toed shoes. Ensure all food safety standards (SQF) are met. - Documentation & SAP:
Prepare Bills of Lading (BOL) and customs paperwork. Complete Post Goods Issue (PGI) transactions and reconcile invoices within SAP/Open Text. - Inventory Control:
Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials and packaging. Verify pallet counts (PECO, CHEP, GMA) and coordinate with Customer Service to ensure product availability for ship dates. - Operational Support:
Monitor shipments, expedite deliveries, and coordinate transport between internal and third‑party warehouses. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock area.
- Proven experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse administration.
- Proficiency in SAP, specifically PGI and invoicing functions.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with drivers and internal departments.
- Physical ability to perform checks in a warehouse/yard environment.
Salary: $20 - $21 per hour

2 years (Entry Level)
- Wearing steel‑toe shoes.
- Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift (minimum 1 year of experience).
- Microsoft Excel (minimum 1 year of experience).
- Microsoft Office (minimum 1 year of experience).
- Purchase Orders (minimum 1 year of experience).
- Receiving (minimum 1 year of experience).
- Lifting (minimum 1 year of experience).
- Data Entry (minimum 1 year of experience).
