What You'll Do as a Sit-Down Forklift Operator:

• You'll be working in an outdoor conduit yard environment operating sit-down LP forklifts while supporting order building, loading, and material movement. This is a physically active role in all weather conditions.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the yard and worksite
• Build and prepare custom conduit orders
• Operate sit-down LP forklifts safely and efficiently
• Use pallet jacks, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment as needed
• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Load/unload trucks to support daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Skills and Experience

• Experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
• Ability to lift, push, carry, and move up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier items)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/oral instructions
• Basic math and counting skills for order accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full 40-hour week
