Position:
Driver Merchandiser (Tampa)

Start time 12:30 am, working 4 days a week with Sunday and two other days off back‑to‑back.

As a Driver Merchandiser you will deliver and/or unload products to customer locations on designated routes, stocking beverage brands on shelves, displays and in coolers.

• Drive and deliver pre‑ordered products to assigned accounts
• Check accuracy and stability of the load
• Deliver products to customers and merchandise, display, and rotate them according to company standards
• Invoice and collect monies due
• Pick up company property and secure company assets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Settle all accounts daily
• Use smartphone technology for customer orders and invoicing
• Operate Electronic Logging Systems and fleet management software
• Follow routing software guidance

• At least 21 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid Commercial Class A driver’s license
• Clean driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years
• At least 1 year of general work experience
• Ability to operate a hand‑truck and powered industrial equipment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a powered industrial truck certification
• Familiarity with DOT regulations
• Must pass a Department of Transportation physical and/or have a valid DOT medical card
• Operate manual transmission

• High School diploma or GED (preferred)
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience (preferred)
• Local delivery experience (preferred)
• Customer service and cash handling experience (preferred)
• Haz Mat endorsement may be required (preferred)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Repetitively lift, carry and position objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Repetitively push and pull objects up to 50 pounds while kneeling, squatting, reaching at the head or waist, bending at the knees, and below the knees
• Repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (e.g., pallet jack or hand truck) with loads up to 100 yards without assistance
• Fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination for manipulating objects of varying size and weight
• Maintain physical exertion over sustained periods to complete job activities
• Read information in small, medium, and large print
• Stand for a minimum of 8 hours during the workday (up to 10 hours)
• Walk a minimum of 4 hours during the workday
• Frequently work in a hot/humid indoor environment
• Use an audio headset to listen to directions in English
