Shuttle Driver​/Bellman

Introduction

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our hotel team. The Shuttle Driver will transport guests to designated locations according to the shuttle schedule while providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will prioritize safety, maintain vehicle cleanliness, assist guests with luggage, and help create a positive and welcoming experience for all hotel guests.

• Transport guests safely to designated locations according to shuttle schedule
• Provide outstanding customer service and anticipate guest needs
• Assist guests with luggage (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
• Maintain organized vehicle inspection logs and required documentation
• Keep shuttle vans clean and ensure surrounding hotel entrance areas are tidy
• Use proper telephone etiquette when communicating with guests and team members
• Report unusual occurrences, accidents, or guest concerns to the manager or assistant manager
• Follow all safety, emergency, and accident prevention procedures
• Meet and exceed guest expectations through professional and courteous service
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license required (CDL license is a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remain professional in all situations
• Knowledge of safety procedures and accident prevention policies
