Base Pay

$18.00 per hour

1st shift, 6am-6pm, 40 hours per week

Material Handler/Delivery Driver. Stay active and work in a hands‑on environment, combining physical activity with purpose by delivering essential products to customers.

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license with 1 year of U.S. driving experience (Chauffeur’s License required in Michigan, Class E License in Missouri)
• Complete criminal background check and DOT physical with a 3‑year motor‑vehicle report
• Physical capacity: lift 70 lbs daily, up to 90 lbs occasionally; stand, bend, walk for extended periods; work at heights up to 25 ft
• Good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
• Team player with strong work ethic; previous warehouse or delivery experience a plus

• Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries
• Safely operate non‑CDL 16‑ft boxed trucks and sprinter vans to transport goods locally
• Work in dynamic conditions—standing, bending, walking for extended periods in a fast‑paced setting
• Operate material‑handling equipment after training (cherry picker, forklift, walkie riders)
