You must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license with a safe‑driving record including at least two years of driving experience, and be able to operate a delivery vehicle that is insured. You should be able to navigate using maps or navigation apps and successfully locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product as needed.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Complete associated paperwork.
• Clean designated items daily.

Communication Skills

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Provide excellent customer service and perform service recovery.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Perform arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eye‑hand/fingers for rapid, accurate, and precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
