• Operate all delivery equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage areas including walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products as needed.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Complete associated paperwork.
• Clean designated items daily.
• Navigate the delivery area using maps or navigation apps, locating addresses and handling multi‑story building access.
• Process orders over the phone and in person with clear verbal communication.
• Handle accurate cash transactions, including making correct change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license and at least two years of safe driving record.
• Insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Proficient in navigation and use of digital navigation tools.
• Basic arithmetic skills for handling money.
• Motor coordination for fast and accurate tasks.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Good customer service and service recovery abilities.
