Palmdale Oil Company provides bulk lubricant and fuel throughout Florida with over 20 statewide locations. We are the only Florida‑based company that can cater to the specific commercial fuel needs of the industrial, mining, construction, ranching, golf services, automotive, landscaping, marinas, marine vessels, fleet, agricultural and government sectors with reliable service. Palmdale Oil procures its fuel supply from various terminals on both coasts of the state of Florida.

Palmdale Oil has an immediate opening for a Nighttime CDL Class B Driver with X Endorsement (Haz‑Mat & Tanker) at our Tampa location. We are seeking a dynamic, hard‑working professional with a solid background in driving and a desire to work for a fast‑paced, corporate organization. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you must have a “roll‑up your sleeves” attitude.

• Operates a Tankwagon truck as directed that transports between the facility and multiple destinations.
• Prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery and/or pick‑up of fuels to ensure timely service.
• Makes deliveries of fuel and diesel in accordance with customer needs and company policies.
• Maintains telephone contact with home terminal/dispatch center to receive delivery instructions or notices of changes in route or schedule to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
• Responsible for daily inspection of vehicle (pre‑post trip), ensuring proper function of all safety related features of the vehicle at all times, including refueling as needed.

• Class B CDL with “X” Endorsement (Haz Mat & Tanker)
• Minimum 3 years verifiable commercial driving experience
• Must be licensed to operate the assigned vehicle
• Able to Lift 70 pounds
• Available for overtime as required to meet business needs within the appropriate State/Federal regulations, plus rotating Saturdays as needed
• Travel in the local area and surrounding regions

• Must have a clean driving record with no serious violations
• Must be able to meet all DOT/Federal and State Requirements for the operation of commercial motor vehicles
