Trilogy Medwaste is the fastest growing company in the medical waste industry, expanding across the United States. This role is a key part of our customer collection operations.

The Driver will safely and efficiently complete customer collection routes with varying schedules and deadlines, interacting with customers, employees, senior management and regulatory representatives. Responsibilities include following all safety and compliance regulations and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.

• Collect containers from health care offices
• Drive vehicle to customer locations, following the determined route and collecting material for delivery to designated locations
• Complete all required training and documentation
• Prepare and report pre‑ and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain Driver’s Hours of Service Log as required
• Review and sign manifests and shipping papers
• Provide customer training on manifesting, packaging, etc.
• Properly label, load, and secure materials for transport
• Clean, wash, and refuel vehicle as needed
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

• Good driving record within the last 3 years; no accidents reported
• Excellent customer service skills with employees, customers, and regulators
• Proficient computer skills for data entry
  Use of a mobile phone app for manifest documentation
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business demands and new tasks, software, and protocols
• Meet all applicable DOT and licensing requirements
• Licensed to drive the required vehicle (minimum Class C; Class A or Class B acceptable)
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining a Medical Examiner’s Card (MEC)

• Work an agreed‑upon standard schedule
• Additional hours as job duties demand

• Travel domestically to Trilogy facilities when necessary (less than 10%)
• Hold a current, valid driver’s license
• Be insurable under the company's liability insurance policy

The physical demands of this position include lifting up to 65 lbs., pushing and pulling containers up to 250 lbs., loading and unloading materials, climbing in and out of the vehicle’s cargo area multiple times per day, walking extended distances, maintaining focus on data analysis, and proficient verbal communication. Routine physical exertion includes standing, walking, climbing, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, and bending.
