Lexon Supply Co. is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position involves split time between driving deliveries and working in the warehouse
. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical labor throughout their entire shift and working in a fast-paced, inventory-driven environment.

This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring safe, on-time deliveries. New hires will complete a 30
-day trial period, with pay reevaluated based on performance.

• Safely operate company box trucks for local deliveries
• Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Inspect vehicles and report any mechanical or safety issues
• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Complete delivery logs, mileage reports, and related paperwork

• Perform order fulfillment and prepare customer orders for delivery
• Conduct inventory accuracy checks and cycle counts
• Stock, organize, and rotate warehouse inventory
• Use barcode scanners and ERP software to track inventory and movements
• Accurately record all warehouse and delivery activities in Lexon Supply Co.’s ERP system
• Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness

• Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Prior experience working in a warehouse with barcode scanning and electronic inventory tracking systems
• Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts (preferred)
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift
• Comfortable performing physical labor for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and local routes
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift
• Ability to safely load/unload trucks and move warehouse inventory
